  • Upload in three ways: drag-and-drop onto the dashboard, click Upload and select files, or paste a direct cloud link (e.g., Google Drive). The web app supports single files up to 10 GB each; larger or folder uploads use our desktop client.
  • Any file type—documents, images, videos, CAD files, archives, executables—so long as the extension isn’t on our real-time malware block list. No conversion or compression happens unless you enable it.
  • All transfers use TLS 1.3 in transit, and objects are stored with 256-bit AES encryption at rest. For extra protection, you can enable end-to-end client-side encryption (E2EE) so that even our staff can’t read your data.
  • Yes. Add a password, set a one-time download limit, or choose an expiry window—from one hour up to one year—directly from the Share dialog.
  • Free accounts include 5 GB total storage and 2 GB per-file upload cap, with files expiring after 30 days of inactivity. Paid plans remove expiry and raise the caps.
  • No—anyone with the link can download unless you restrict access to “account-holders only” or invite specific email addresses.
  • Primary data centers are in the EU (Frankfurt, Amsterdam) with geo-redundant backups in the US-East region. You can lock storage to the EU only if required for GDPR compliance.
  • Your account reverts to the free tier: files larger than the free allowance become read-only for 14 days, after which they’re deleted if you don’t download or re-upgrade.
